"Operation: Retribution"

Films: Altered (2006)

Alias: None

Type: Alien

Location: Haunted home

Height/Weight: That of average humans.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Alien abduction sucks. There's no telling what they'll do to your soon-to-be-cadaver, and...well...just see "Fire in the Sky" for reference. But what happens to the survivors? Do they just forget it happened? This film answers with 'absolutely not'.

History: Long ago, five friends were abducted by a race of malevolent aliens. One died, the rest escaped. Since then, most of them have waited for the day the aliens can get their just desserts. Sure enough, three out of four get their hands on an alien, and invite the other to help torture it as payback. But the alien is still alive, and not only could his capture trigger an interplanetary war, but he's got a few tricks up his sleeve...

Notable Kills: The virus that the alien carries...doesn't do wonders for a guy's body.

Final Fate: After the alien and the group go back and forth with torturing each other, it all ends when the building they're in is blown up, causing the incoming mothership to leave. The survivors are left wondering if the aliens will return...

Powers/Abilities: These aliens have psychic powers that include hypnosis. They also may carry a disease that can eat away at flesh and warp minds.

Weakness: It is possible to resist their mind control with a sturdy mind. Aside from that, conventional means will do.

Scariness Factor: 4-Not only do these fanged menaces look rather realistic, but the very caveats to their existence is a threat to us too. Whatever diseases they have back on our planet makes us know exactly how Mesoamerican tribes felt when the Spaniards brought some germs to them. But disease or not disease, they certainly believe in an eye for an eye.

Trivia: -This film was originally meant to be a comedy known as "Probed", but that was scrapped rather quickly.

-This film's director, Eduardo Sanchez, actually cameos as one of the aliens.

These hands are now the ones grasping for freedom.

"Might I introduce you in a survey?"
Yeah, leave it to the ants.

"UGH! It's filthy in there! How do you stand it?!"
There's a killer alien in all of us.

"To be honest, this experiment might have needed some limits."

"Guys, I have a cramp...oh, wait."
